Friends of Beeston Primary School (PTA)

We are now a registered charity! (Reg. Charity Number 1179717)

We are a group of likeminded and enthusiastic parents and carers. Our aim is to work together with the school to raise funds to help purchase resources for the pupils at Beeston Primary, that may otherwise be unaffordable. We help organise fun, inclusive events for the children and parents to enjoy.

Our mission is to combine and utilise the talent and energies of parents, families, carers, staff and the local community to create a stimulating and enriching environment, that enables children to love both learning and their time at school, therefore allowing them to reach their full potential.

We would love to hear from you!

The PTA is always on the lookout for new members to help us. Whether you’d like to be fully involved, would like to help at occasional events or are just interested in what the PTA is up to, your support would be greatly appreciated. Simply attend one of our events or email us at FOBPTA@outlook.com.

It’s worthwhile getting involved as your child moves through school and enables you to feel part of the school community. The PTA is a great way to expand your circle of friends and get to know the other parents and carers in the playground.

We believe everyone has something to offer and by working together we can help make a difference by helping to obtain those little extras that benefit all our children.

We frequently meet either at school and we can usually promise a cuppa and a biscuit! Meetings take place during the day and at evening to try to cover all those that want to attend.

Please email us with any suggestions or ideas for either how to raise money or what you think the money should be spent on.

Currently the main roles of the PTA are filled by the following people:

Lucy Halloway Chair
Holly Poules Vice Chair
